I have used Seaham’s beautiful natural brown and aqua sea glass to create ‘Father and Son’. I have used an acrylic finish to give the sea glass a ‘wet look’, creating a vibrant sheen to each piece of glass. Each bird sits of a piece of white pottery found on Seaham beach that has been worn smooth by the action of the North Sea waves over many years.
