I have used Seaham’s beautiful natural green and aqua sea glass to create ‘It must be love’. I have used an acrylic finish to give the sea glass a ‘wet look’, creating a vibrant sheen to each piece of glass. The flowers are hand-drawn in black ink. Each bird sits on a piece of white pottery found on Seaham beach that has been worn smooth by the action of the North Sea waves over many years.
